  1. Take lb(900g) boneless pork chop
  2. Prepare ginger,grated
  3. Get cup(240ml)onion,grated
  4. You need cup(60ml)olive oil
  5. You need cup(60ml)sake
  6. You need cup(60ml)low-sodium soy sauce
Instructions to make Ginger Pork:
