- Prepare 1 lb mild Italian sausage cut into bite size pieces
- Provide 1 15 oz jar of good Alfredo sauce(I use Bertolli)

- Get 1/4 cup dry white wine (or milk) but the wine adds to the flavor

- Begin to boil a large pot of salted water for the tortellini
- brown sausage well in large pan and drain any fat from cooking.

- Add spinach to the pan and begin to fold into sausage and sauce. It will only take 2 minutes to wilt it.
- Drain tortellini and place in a large pasta bowl. Add the sausage, spinach and sauce mixture and gently mix. Top with Parmesan cheese.
