- Prepare 150 g Oreo
- You need 2-3 tbsp melted butter
- You need 1 tsp Agar Agar
- Get 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- Provide 250 g Dark Chocolate

- Base: - Remove the cream filling from oreo and keep that aside.
- Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs and add melted butter and mix well.
- Press firmly onto bottom of 6-inch springform pan and refrigerate for 15 mins or until set.
- Add cream filling into the Agar Agar mixture, mix well and pour that onto chilled oreo base.
- Refrigerate for 30 mins or until set.
- Add the chocolate mixture onto chilled Agar Agar.
- (Before adding chocolate mixture, make sure the Agar Agar is set).
- Sprinkle some oreo crust and refrigerate until chocolate is set.
- Middle: - Mix Agar Agar with 1 tbsp cream without any lumps. Then add the remaining cream, mix well and microwave that for 30 to 40 secs.
- Top: - Melt chocolate with 1/2 cup of heavy cream in a microwave for 30 to 40 secs and keep that ready.
