  2. chop up the onion and garlic and place in a bowl and set a side.
  3. place the butter in a bowl and put it in the microwave. heat it until the butter is melted.
  4. get a baking pan and line it with the Thick aluminium foil. place a small amount of the butter on the foil.
  5. take your fillets and place them on the foil and season with the meat magic.
