- once chilled using a small spoon or melon baller scrap a small amount out and using your hands roll into a ball about the size of a large marble. you want it to be bite size. if you find the mixture is getting to soft on you, you can put back in frig for 30 mins
- Once you have all your mixture rolled out. Place back in frig to chill while you ponder how you wish to dress them up. You can server as is, roll in favorite crushed nuts, sprinkles, coca podwer, coconut etc… The possiblities are only limited by you. So have fun with it.
