The ingredients needed to prepare Ginger Pork:
- Get pork chops
- Prepare salt and pepper
- Get flour
- Take onion
- Get oil
- Provide grated ginger
- Get soy sauce
- Use cooking sake (white wine alternatively)
- You need mirin (1 tbsp sake or white wine and 1 tsp sugar alternatively)
- Take sugar
- Get water
Instructions to make Ginger Pork:
- Take the pork chops out of the fridge and bring to room temperature. Cut through the fat and filament at intervals (as many as possible). This will help the meat stay tender. Then tenderise with the back of the knife. Doing it for both sides of the meat will make it more tender.
