  1. Get pork chops
  2. Prepare salt and pepper
  3. Get flour
  4. Take onion
  5. Get oil
  6. Provide grated ginger
  7. Get soy sauce
  8. Use cooking sake (white wine alternatively)
  9. You need mirin (1 tbsp sake or white wine and 1 tsp sugar alternatively)
