- cream the butter and sugar in a bowl then sift the dry ingredients for the cake.

- divide between the tins and bake for 20-25 mins.leave to cool on a wirerack
- put the cream for the ganach on a low heat in a sauce pan.when the cream is warm add the chocolate and stir until it melts.take it off the heat and leave to stiffen
- for buttercream mix butter and icing sugar until creamy then mrlt chocolste and mix it in
